The role of digitalization in improving the quality of labor resources

   The purpose of the research is to identify the role of digitalization in the development of the quality of labor resources based on an analysis of current research on the labor market and the results of the implementation of the Digital Kazakhstan program, as well as to identify areas for improving the quality of training of labor resources through the development of digital skills.
   Methodology. In the course of the study, the rationale for the recommendations was carried out using the methods of system analysis, comparison and grouping, general methods of scientifi c knowledge.
   The originality / value of the study lies in the fact that without the qualitative development of human resources, the country will not be able to achieve sustainable economic growth. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the use of digital technologies in the formation of the required quality of labor resources. The article provides an analysis of the eff ectiveness of human capital, notes the shortcomings and problems of developing the quality of labor resources at the present time.

   Findings. The authors propose the main directions for improving the quality of labor resources. In particular, the training of specialists, which should be carried out taking into an account of new requirements through the development of digital skills.
