IT-жобалардың жетістікке жетудің түйінді факторлары

Зерттеу мақсаты: IT-жобаларын еңгізу кезіндегі сəттіліктің сыни факторларының ағымдағы əдебиет базасын зерттеу.

Əдіснамасы. Қолданылатын əдебиетке  алдын-ала шолу кезінде анықталған кілттік терминдерді қолдану арқылы журналдарда іздеу жүргізілді.

Зерттеудің бірегейлігі / құндылығы. Бұл зерттеуде, жетістікке жету үшін IT-жобаларын басқарудағы маңызды факторларды анықтауға арналған əдеби шолу ұсынылған. Əдебиетті іздеу 2005 жылға дейінгі шыққан жұрналдардағы мақалаларды қолдану арқылы жүргізілді. Мемлекеттер арасында сəттіліктің сыни факторларының IT-жобалары арасында салыстырмалы анализ жүргізілді.

Зерттеу нəтижелері. IT–жоба бұл – сəттілік пен сəтсіздік үйлесетін кешенді іс-шара. Ол бизнесүдерістерінің елеулі реинженирингің қосатын, əсіресе дамушы елдер арасында қаржыландырудың орасан зор көлемін қажет ететін жəне бірнеше жылға созылатын еңгізудің күрделі үдерісі. Бұл мақалада Үндістан, Пəкістан, Малайзия, Біріккен Араб  Əмірліктері, Норвегия елдерінде IT-жобалардың жиі кездесетін жетістіктер факторларына шолу жəне сəттіліктің сыни факторларының анықтау туралы мақалаларға талдау жүргізілді
