Зерттеудің мақсаты – шетел əдебиеттеріне шолу негізінде жоғары білім беру саласында сапа менеджментінің жаңа құралын ұсыну жəне білім сапасын басқару мен жоғары оқу орындарының тиімділігін арттырудағы Еуропалық басқару сапасы қорының (EFQM) озықтық моделінің маңызды факторларын атап көрсету.
Əдіснамасы EFQM жетілдіру моделіне арналған жəне оның жоғары білім беру саласында қолдану мүмкіндігі туралы қолданыстағы шетелдік əдебиеттерді талдау болып табылады. Мақалада еуропалық сапа моделі, құрылымы жəне оның маңызды факторлары егжей-тегжейлі талданылады. Сонымен қатар, бұл зерттеу шетелдік зерттеулер негізінде жоғары білім берудегі EFQM excellence моделінің сенімділігі мен қолданылуын растайды.
