MODERN CONCEPT OF LABOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN LABOR EXCESSIVE REGIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop the employment paradigm of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to develop more effective approaches to ensuring more effective employment of the population.
Methodology. The dialectical method of cognition, scientific generalization and classification methods, systematic and comparative analysis methods were used in the research. In addition to general scientific methods, balance and index methods, forecasting and planning methods were used.
Originality / value of the study: the factors contributing to the formation and development of the labor market in regions with excess labor are identified and analyzed.
Findings: In the process of determining ways to improve the labor market of a labor-surplus region, based on the principles of social, managerial and self-development of the regional labor market, an excess labor market was identified and its concept was developed using the example of the Turkestan region.
