ЖОҒАРЫ ОҚУ ОРЫНДАРЫНЫҢ КƏСІПТІК БІЛІМ БЕРУ ҰЙЫМДАРЫМЕН АЛЬЯНСЫ: ХАЛЫҚАРАЛЫҚ ТƏЖІРИБЕ ЖƏНЕ ОНЫ ҚАЗАҚСТАНДА ҚОЛДАНУ

Зерттеу мақсаты – Қазақстанда жоғары білім (ЖБ) жəне техникалық жəне кəсіптік білім беру (ТжКБ) Альянсының білім беру мүмкіндіктерін, сондай-ақ осы үрдіске байланысты проблемаларды зерттеу болып табылады.

Əдіснамасы. Зерттеу əдістері ретінде білім берудің əртүрлі нысандарын жəне тікелей ЖБ жəне ТжКБ интеграциялау мəселелеріне қатысты əлемдік жəне Қазақстандық əдебиеттерді қорыту, бақылау жəне сыни талдау, проблемаларды салыстырмалы талдау пайдаланылды.

Зерттеудің бірегейлігі / құндылығы. Соңғы он жылдықта жоғары білім жəне кəсіптік білім альянстарының білім беру мəселесі ерекше өзекті болып отыр. Мəселенің негізгі аспектілері оқу бағдарламаларының үйлесімділігі, білім берудің бірыңғай тұжырымдамасы шеңберінде бір деңгейден екінші деңгейге біртіндеп көшу, еңбек нарығында олардың қажеттілігін арттыру мақсатында түлектер арасында бірыңғай кəсіби құзыреттілікті қалыптастыру проблемалары болып табылады.

Зерттеу нəтижелері. Осы мақалада Қазақстанда ЖБ жəне ТжКБ альянсын қалыптастыру қажеттілігі мен мүмкіндіктері, сондай-ақ осындай альянстарды құру кезінде білім беру мекемелері тап болуы мүмкін проблемалар қаралды. Сондай-ақ, білім беру деңгейлері арасындағы одақтарды қалыптастырудың артықшылықтары мен мүмкін модельдері ұсынылды.
