Қазақстанның білім беру жүйесінде дуальды оқытуды дамытудағы жобаларды басқару

   Зерттеу мақсаты. Бұл мақала Қазақстан Республикасындағы білім беру саласында, атап айтқанда дуальды білім беру жүйесінде жобаларды қолдану саласындағы əлемдік тəжірибесін зерттеуге бағыт-талған. Еңбек нарығының қарқынды дамып келе жатқан технологиялары жас мамандарға қойылатын талаптарды күшейтеді, сондықтан авторлар білім беру ұйымдарына еңбек нарығына қажетті жоғары білікті кадрларды дайындауға көмектесетін жаңа басқару тəсілдерін қарастыруды ұсынады. Ұсынылған тəсілдер (болжау, бейімдеу жəне гибридті) барлық қажетті ұйымдастыру мəселелерін шешуге əлеуеті бар жобаларды басқару əдістері мен əдістемелерінің жиынтығын қамтиды.

   Зерттеу əдістемесі «білім берудегі жобаларды басқару», «білім берудегі Waterfall əдісі», «Білім берудегі Agile» жəне «білім берудегі гибридтік тəсіл» түйінді сөздеріне сəйкес ғылыми мақалаларға əдебиеттік шолу арқылы жүзеге асырылды.
   Зерттеудің бірегейлігі / құндылығы. Зерттеу тақырыбының өзектілігі NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) ұрпақтары арасындағы Қазақстан Республикасындағы жастардың жұмыссыз-дығымен байланысты əлеуметтік мəселені шешудің əлеуетінде. Зерттеудің өзіндік ерекшелігі оқу процесін ұйымдастыру мақсатында, əсіресе Қазақстан Республикасында дуальды оқыту жүйесін ұйымдастыру үдерісінде жобаларды басқару жолдарын ашатын ғылыми зерттеулердің кішкентай мөлшерімен дəлелденген.
   Зерттеудің нəижелері. Мақаланың нəтижелері елде дуальды оқытуды енгізудің белгілі бір кезеңдерінде жобаны басқарудың қажетті жəне сəйкес тəсілдерін қолдану бойынша авторлардың ұсыныстары болып табылады.
