ENTREPRENEURIAL UNIVERSITY AS A MODEL OF HIGHER EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The purpose of the study. Is to identify and consider Kazakhstani universities from the point of view of research and entrepreneurship, to identify the restraining elements of the transformation of Kazakhstani universities.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is to study the problem of reforming higher education based on the principles of consistency and the institutional approach.
Originality / value of study. The article reveals the problems of the educational and research sphere of higher educational institutions of the country and identifies possible ways (strategies) to solve them.
Findings. Entrepreneurship training can have a significant impact on students in terms of a successful career, which includes activities aimed at the formation of behavior, skills and competencies, which, in turn, increase economic, social and cultural value.
