PROJECT-ORIENTED APPROACH IN RERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AT THE UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the essence and specifics of project-oriented management to justify the advantages of its use in relation to personnel for solving managerial problems of a modern university.
The methodology implemented in the course of the study included: systemic and integrated approaches to the study of the university management system as a socio-economic system, taking into account external and internal factors of influence on its condition, analysis and synthesis, etc.
The originality / value lies in the structural model developed by the authors of the most significant factors of the external and internal environment of Kazakhstan universities, which predetermine the need to introduce project-oriented management in relation to personnel in particular, and activities in general.
Findings – the advantages of project-oriented personnel management, highlighted by the author, make it possible to recognize it as an effective modern toolkit that can improve the effectiveness of the staff of a higher educational institution.
