Зерттеу мақсаты. Жоғары оқу орындары педагог мамандарының психологиялық тұрақтылығын түсіну және қолдау олардың әл-ауқаты мен жұмысының тиімділігі үшін өте маңызды. Дегенмен, жоғары оқу орындары профессор-оқытушылар құрамының психологиялық тұрақтылығы туралы терең шолу мақалаларының жоқтығы зерттеу әдебиеттеріндегі айтарлықтай олқылығын және ағымдағы зерттеулердің жүйелі синтезі мен талдауының қажеттілігін көрсетеді.
