Originality / value of the research. The author revealed the principles of the effective formation of global macro-logistic systems, taking into account the clear concretization of the management of both material and intangible logistics flows. The economic and organizational foundations of logistics in developed foreign countries are clearly indicated.
Findings. In foreign practice, as part of the phased evolution of macro-logical systems, the organizational foundations of their development are formed, focused on the intensification of both material and intangible flows. In countries with developed economies, special attention is paid to the development of such organizational elements of logistics as: a complex of state measures for investment support of logistics systems, the development of logistics centers, the functioning of a wide range of logistics elements to support intangible flows. At the present stage, in the conditions of industrialization 4.0, in foreign countries, maximum attention is paid to the intensification of intangible logistics flows focused on the development of an innovative economy.
