Цифровая трансформация и экосистемная эволюция банков Казахстана: интегративный обзор и концептуальная модель

Аннотация
Цель исследования. Целью данной статьи является обобщение и структурирование существующих знаний об экосистемной конкурентоспособности банков Казахстана в контексте перехода к цифровым экосистемным моделям, а также разработка концептуальной модели.
Методология. Для исследования применён метод интегративного обзора литературы, основанный на методологических рекомендациях с использованием базы данных Scopus, Google Scholar and
Dimentions за период 2010–2025 гг. В качестве концептуальной рамки была использована связка «зрелость экосистем (EM), оркестрационные способности (OC), качество данных и использование (DGQ), сила цикла data–network–activity (DNA) и конкурентоспособность (EBC)», а также модераторы регуляторной открытости (RO), наследственной нагрузки (Legacy) и давления BigTech.
Оригинальность /ценность исследования. Данное исследование способствует формированию целостного представления о влиянии перехода казахстанских банков к цифровым экосистемным моделям на их конкурентоспособность. Теоретическая ценность работы заключается в определении исследовательских задач для будущих эмпирических и концептуальных исследований. Практическая значимость состоит в формулировке рекомендаций по приоритизации в API-партнерствах, управлению качеством данных и стандартизации интерфейсов.
Результаты исследования. Согласно интегративному обзору научной литературы из методологического ядра 37 статей, было выявлено что, помимо подтверждённых механизмов EM→OC/ DGQ→DNA→EBC, научное сообщество было разделено на две конкурирующие теоретические школы: (i) инновационно-ориентированную и (ii) институционально-регуляторную. Выявлены исследовательские пробелы, в частности дефицит эмпирических оценок сетевых эффектов и влияния унаследованных систем. Сформулирована интегрированная модель конкурентоспособности, учитывающая особенности казахстанского контекста. В рамках модели экосистемная конкурентоспособность формируется через взаимосвязь (1) технологической и платформенной зрелости, (2) оркестрационных и аналитических способностей, включая управление данными и развитие сетевых эффектов, а также (3) институционально-рыночных условий, прежде всего регуляторной среды и конкурентного давления со стороны BigTech. Положительные эффекты экосистем проявляются только при согласованном развитии этих компонентов.
