THE WAYS FOR STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL MODERATION OF KAZAKHSTANI INDUSTRY

Purpose - the formation of new high-performance sectors of the economy that should arise through the creation of supply chains, the development of services at the junction of existing industries, the localization of technology companies, technology transfer and the commercialization of innovations suggest creating a strategy for technological modernization of Kazakhstan's industry in the context of new technological development, consider new trends in the development of technological modernization industry, conduct a comparative analysis of the structure of the formation of the GVA in omyshlennosti Kazakhstan to reveal features of its reform in basic industries of Kazakhstan, define the role of the technology industry base. The article carries out theoretical and methodological studies of gross value added, provides a comparative analysis of the modern structure of the contribution of industries to the formation of GVA by types of economic activity and the structure of the formation of GVA in industry by the level of manufacturability. At the same time, the directions of implementing the strategy of technological modernization of the industry of Kazakhstan are proposed.
Methodology – research process, applied General scientific methods like analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison, method of quantitative analysis of the Limitation of the proposed study is the incompleteness of statistical databases and the lack of generally accepted approaches and methods of evaluation of technological modernization.
Originality/value – the scientific value of this article is due to the importance of innovative and scientifictechnical factor of the development of productive forces in the development of technological modernization of the economy, as well as the need to modernize the technological base on the basis of the Convention of new industrialization.
Findings - a Balanced technological policy based on a deep and radical modernization of traditional sectors will form the basis for the development of high-tech sectors of industrial production and ensure the transition to a new technological mode.
