В исследовании были использованы системный подход, индуктивный и дедуктивный методы, сравнительный анализ отношений организации и сотрудников.Оригинальность/ценность исследования. Рекомендации по созданию «позитивной рабочей среды» в организации и улучшение ее посредством эффективного использования практики управления человеческими ресурсами решают вопросы соответствия сотрудника и организации.Результаты исследования. Применение практик управления человеческими ресурсами, таких как эффективная система рекрутмента, программы обучения, справедливые методы практики управления производительностью и хорошо отлаженная система управления карьерой, помогает повышать квалификацию и развивать компетенцию сотрудника.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose – to identify and analyze person-organization fit through appropriate human resource management practices.Methodology. Systematic approaches, inductive and deductive methods, comparative analysis methods were used in this research concerning organization and employee relations.Originality /value of research. Reccomendations on creating and improving a “positive work environment” within the organization through the efficient use of human resource management practices solve the issues of person-organization fit.Research results.
