Применены статистический анализ, выявление проблем и методы их решения.Рассматриваются изменения на рынке труда и показатели переподготовки безработных.Анализируются востребованные на рынке профессии и навыки и механизмы государственного управления подготовкой рабочей силы.Согласно результатам исследования, была определена значимость руководства требованиями цифровой экономики при переподготовке безработных граждан, определении востребованных на рынке профессий и навыков.Выработаны предложения по совершенствованию механизмов государственного управления в профессиональной переподготовки безработных граждан.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of research is to identify changes in the labor market as a result of technological updates. Public administration mechanism for the professional retraining of unemployed citizens in Kazakhstan in the digital economy.Methodology. Statistical analysis, identification of problems and methods of their solution are applied. The paper considers changes in the labor market and indicators of retraining of the unemployed. Professions and skills that are in demand on the market are analyzed. We also analyze the mechanisms of state management of labor training.Research results. In accordance with the results of the study, it was found that the importance of being guided by the requirements of the digital economy is important when retraining unemployed citizens and for identifying professions and skills that are in demand on the market.
