Цель исследования – изучить и проанализировать оценку и развитие механизмов государственного регулирования социального предпринимательства в Казахстане. Методология. В ходе исследования использовались общие методы исследования: сравнение, анализ, синтез и сбор. В работе использованы материалы Министерства информации и социального развития Республики Казахстан. Оригинальность / ценность исследования. Исследование направлено на определение общего состояния социального предпринимательства и выявление основных проблем оценки и развития социального предпринимательства в Казахстане, а также поиск некоторых решений существующих вопросов в государственных нормативных актах Республики Казахстан. Результаты исследования. Роль развития социального предпринимательства очень высока. Правительство заинтересовано в развитии этой концепции, потому что она решает социальные вопросы и показывает потенциал своего влияния и прибыли. В то время как предпринимательство в Казахстане динамично развивается и находится в хорошем состоянии, существует социальное предпринимательство, которое отстает и требует внимания. Поскольку социальное предпринимательство является новой интегрированной концепцией в Казахстане, существует ряд проблем, таких как отсутствие определенных рамок и определений. Однако первым президентом Казахстана Нурсултаном Назарбаевым на опыте других стран были созданы некоммерческие корпорации социального предпринимательства, которые могут помочь поддерживать малый и средний бизнес и уметь выполнять корпоративные обязанности.

The purpose is to examine and analyze the assessment and development of state regulation mechanisms of social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. Methodology. During the research were used general research methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis, and gathering. The materials of The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been used in this paper. Originality / value of research. The research focus on identifying general condition of social entrepreneurship and finding main problems of assessment and development of social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan and find some solutions of the existing issues in state regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Findings. The role of the development of social entrepreneurship is very high. The government is interested in the development of this concept because it solves social issues and shows the potential of its influence and profit. While entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan is dynamically developing and in good condition, there is a social entrepreneurship that lags and needs focus. Since social entrepreneurship is a new integrated concept in Kazakhstan, there are several issues as no defined frameworks and definition. However, by the first president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the experience of other countries was developed non-profit Social Entrepreneurship Corporations that can help to support small and medium businesses and be able to follow corporate responsibilities.
