Однако существующие барьеры и препятствующие факторы не позволяют им реализовать своё право на труд наравне с людьми без инвалидности.</p><p>Цель исследования – комплексное изучение как препятствующих, так и способствующих факторов и барьеров, влияющих на занятость лиц с физическими нарушениями. В результате их объединения в единую, целостную систему предполагается разработка комплексных решений и повышение эффективности программ трудоустройства.</p><p>Методология – в рамках исследования факторов и барьеров, влияющих на занятость людей с физическими нарушениями, был проведен обзор отечественной и зарубежной научной литературы. Анализ работ, посвящённых выявлению как препятствующих, так и способствующих факторов трудоустройства, стал основой для разработки интегративной модели занятости лиц с физическими ограничениями.</p><p>Оригинальность / ценность исследования – заключается в комплексном изучении препятствующих и способствующих факторов и барьеров занятости лиц с физическими нарушениями, что позволило разработать интегративную модель занятости для предложения комплексных решений и повышения эффективности программ трудоустройства.</p><p>Результаты исследования – включают определение ряда факторов и барьеров, препятствующих занятости лиц с физическими нарушениями. К ним относятся: физические, психологические, коммуникационные и технологические барьеры, дискриминация, чрезмерное покровительство со стороны семьи, сомнения специалистов по подбору персонала в трудоспособности данных лиц. Также были выявлены факторы, способствующие занятости, среди которых организационные, социальные, личностные и структурные барьеры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study is a comprehensive study of both hindering and contributing factors, barriers affecting the employment of people with physical disabilities. As a result, they are combined into a single, integrated system to develop integrated solutions and improve the effectiveness of employment programs.</p><p>Methodology – as part of the study of factors and barriers affecting the employment of people with physical disabilities, a review of domestic and foreign scientific literature was conducted. The analysis of works devoted to the identification of both hindering and contributing factors of employment became the basis for the development of an integrative model of employment for people with physical disabilities.</p><p>The originality / value of the research lies in the comprehensive study of the hindering and supporting factors and barriers to employment of persons with physical disabilities, which allowed the development of an integrative employment model to offer comprehensive solutions and to improve the effectiveness of employment programs.</p><p>The results of the study include the identification of a number of factors that hinder the employment of people with physical disabilities and barriers, including: physical, psychological, communication and technological barriers, discrimination, excessive family patronage, doubts among recruitment specialists about the ability of people with physical disabilities.
