В глобальной практике управление талантами рассматривается как стратегический инструмент повышения производительности труда и удержания квалифицированных кадров, однако в развивающихся экономиках, включая Республику Казахстан, остается недостаточно изученной взаимосвязь между практиками управления талантами и макроэкономическими результатами.</p><p>Целью исследования является выявление роли управления талантами в развитии человеческого капитала на основе анализа статистических показателей рынка труда РК и оценки их связи с производительностью труда.</p><p>Оригинальность исследования заключается в методическом подходе адаптации инструментов макроэкономического моделирования к анализу управленческих практик, позволяя количественно измерить вклад человеческого капитала в экономические результаты.</p><p>Методы исследования включают экономико-статистический анализ временных рядов, корреляционный анализ показателей занятости и образовательной структуры рабочей силы, а также построение линейной регрессионной модели для оценки влияния факторов управления талантами на динамику ВДС на одного занятого. Эмпирическая база сформирована на основе официальных статданных Бюро национальной статистики РК за 2018-2024гг.</p><p>Результаты исследования показывают наличие устойчивой положительной связи между вовлеченностью населения в формальную занятость, развитием профессионального образования и ростом производительности труда. Одновременно выявлена отрицательная зависимость между молодежной безработицей и эффективностью использования человеческого капитала. Полученные данные подтверждают, что структурные изменения на рынке труда непосредственно связаны с экономическими результатами.</p><p>Выводы исследования свидетельствуют о том, что эффективное управление талантами выступает ключевым фактором развития человеческого капитала и повышения производительности труда. Инвестиции в профессиональное образование, снижение молодежной безработицы и укрепление формальной занятости являются стратегическими направлениями государственной политики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the research is due to the increasing role of human capital in ensuring sustainable economic development and competitiveness of states in the knowledge economy. In global practice, talent management is considered as a strategic tool for increasing labor productivity and retaining qualified personnel, however, in developing economies, including the Republic of Kazakhstan, the relationship between talent management practices and macroeconomic results remains poorly understood.</p><p>The purpose of the study is to identify the role of talent management in the development of human capital based on the analysis of statistical indicators of the labor market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and an assessment of their relationship with labor productivity.</p><p>The originality of the research lies in the methodological approach of adapting macroeconomic modeling tools to the analysis of management practices, allowing quantifying the contribution of human capital to economic results.</p><p>Research methods include economic and statistical time series analysis, correlation analysis of employment indicators and the educational structure of the workforce, as well as the construction of a linear regression model to assess the impact of talent management factors on the dynamics of GVA per employee. The empirical base is based on official statistical data from the Bureau of National Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2018-2024.</p><p>The results of the study show that there is a stable positive relationship between the involvement of the population in formal employment, the development of vocational education and labor productivity growth. At the same time, a negative relationship was revealed between youth unemployment and the efficienc of using human capital. The data obtained confirm that structural changes in the labor market are directly related to economic results.</p><p>The findings of the study indicate that effective talent management is a key factor in developing human capital and increasing labor productivity.
