Цель исследования. Проведение библиометрического анализа научных публикаций, посвященных вопросам государственной поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса (МСБ) с использованием базы данных Scopus. В рамках работы были проанализированы основные тенденции публикационной деятельности по данной тематике в период с 2010 по 2025 год, выявлены факторы, повлиявшие на них, определены ведущие авторы, страны и организации, а также основные темы и направления исследований.

Методология

Методология. Основан на инструментах библиометрического анализа, включая цифровую обработку данных Scopus с использованием программного обеспечения VOSviewer 1.6.20. Был проведен анализ за указанный период. Были использованы методы совместного авторского анализа, анализа ключевых слов и коммуникации между странами и организациями, позволяющие визуализировать научные сети и тематические кластеры.

Собственная ценность исследования. Комплексная оценка глобального научного интереса к поддержке малого и среднего бизнеса заключается в решении вопросов, связанных с этой поддержкой, что не только позволяет выявить пробелы в научных исследованиях, но и определить перспективные направления для дальнейших исследований. Работа особенно актуальна в условиях постпандемического восстановления экономики, когда возрастает роль государственной поддержки МСБ.

Результаты исследования

Результаты исследования. Продемонстрировал устойчивый рост количества публикаций по теме, активное участие стран Европы, Азии и США, а также высокий интерес к вопросам цифровизации, субсидирования, финансовой инклюзивности и институциональной поддержки МСБ. Результаты анализа могут быть полезны как научному сообществу, так и государственным структурам в формировании эффективной политики поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства.

Purpose of the study

Purpose of the study. It is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications devoted to the issues of state support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) using the Scopus database. The study analyzed the main trends in publications on this topic between 2010 and 2025, identified the factors that influenced them, and determined the leading authors, countries, and organizations, as well as the main topics and areas of research.

Methodology

Methodology. Based on bibliometric analysis tools, including digital processing of Scopus data using the VOSviewer 1.6.20 software. An analysis was conducted for the specified period. Methods of co-author analysis, keyword analysis and communication between countries and organizations were used, which allowed the visualization of scientific networks and thematic clusters.

The value of the study itself. A comprehensive assessment of global scientific interest in supporting small and medium-sized businesses involves addressing issues related to this support, which not only reveals gaps in scientific research but also identifies promising areas for further study. The work is especially relevant in the context of the post-pandemic economic recovery, when the role of state support for SMEs is growing.

Research results

Research results. It showed a steady increase in the number of publications on the topic, an active participation of the countries of Europe, Asia and the United States, as well as a high interest in issues of digitalization, subsidies, financial inclusion and institutional support for SMEs. The results of the analysis can be useful both for the scientific community and for state structures in the formation of an effective policy to support small and medium-sized businesses.
