Цель исследования – определение авторского подхода к толкованию понятия «территориальная природная рекреационная система и ее развитие» (далее – ТПРС) на основе анализа подходов к решению проблем территорий, наделенных уникальной природой и экономически ориентированных на рекреационную деятельность.Методология – в процессе проведения исследования проводился критический анализ исследований, теоретические выводы проверялись в практической деятельности, а также исследование было проведено с использованием сравнительно-сопоставительного метода.Оригинальность/ценность – проведенное исследование позволило представить анализ различных точек зрения и подходов к определению ТПРС. Были определены структура, функции и задачи территориальной природной рекреационной системы. В ходе исследования соавторы определили и перечислили местные рекреационные зоны, представили свои рекомендации по рекреационному районированию. Выводы – предложенный комплексный подход к рассмотрению ТПРС позволит обеспечить желаемое экономическое развитие этой сферы, сохранение и поддержание природной среды.Введение понятия территориальной природной рекреационной системы, как совокупности территории и социально-экономических процессов, происходящих на ней, где основным привлекательным фактором для организации рекреации является уникальная природа, позволяет более емко отразить содержание объекта и соединить в нем экономические, экономико-географические и эколого-социологические аспекты рекреационной сферы. В статье мы показываем, что развитие ТПРС приводит к достижению следующих критериев, свидетельствующих о социально-экономической устойчивости территорий: обеспечение занятости населения и рациональное использование трудовых ресурсов; обеспечение безопасности как местного населения, так и ожидаемого контингента туристов и отдыхающих; охрана и улучшение природной среды на рекреационных территориях. Материалы данного исследования имеют практическое значение для анализа и оценки эффективности использования территорий с целью развития экологического туризма и повышения туристской ценности регионов.
The purpose – of the study is to define the author's approach to interpreting the concept of “territorial natural recreational system and its development” (hereinafter - TNRS) based on an analysis of approaches to solving problems of territories endowed with unique nature and economically oriented to recreational activities.Methodology – in the process of conducting research, a critical analysis of research was conducted, theoretical conclusions were tested in practical activities, and the study was conducted using a comparative method.Originality / value – the conducted study allowed to present an analysis of various points of view and approaches to the determination of TNRS. The structure, functions and tasks of the territorial natural recreational system were determined. In the course of the study, the co-authors identified and listed local recreational areas, presented their recommendations on recreational zoning.Conclusions – the proposed integrated approach to the review of TNRS will ensure the desired economic development of this sphere, the preservation and maintenance of the natural environment. The introduction of the concept of territorial natural recreational system as a set of territory and socio-economic processes occurring on it, where the unique nature is the main attractive factor for organizing recreation, allows to more clearly reflect the content of the object and combine economic, economic and geographical sociological aspects of the recreational sphere. In the manuscript, we show that the development of TNRS leads to the achievement of the following criteria indicating the socio-economic sustainability of the territories: ensuring employment of the population and rational use of labor resources; ensuring the security of both the local population and the expected contingent of tourists and vacationers; protection and improvement of the natural environment in recreational areas. The materials of this study are of practical importance for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of territories in order to develop ecological tourism and increase the tourist value of regions.
