С использованием эмпирических методов анализа выявлены особенности и сложности, с которыми сталкиваются предприниматели при управлении финансами — от стадии идеи до этапа масштабирования. На основе данных, собранных среди стартапов в Алматы, Астане и других регионах, разработаны рекомендации, направленные на оптимизацию финансовых стратегий.</p><p>В исследовании проанализированы особенности управления финансовыми потоками на разных стадиях развития стартапов. Проведен обзор отечественной и международной литературы, предложена классификация источников финансирования по этапам роста, а также рассмотрены реальные кейсы казахстанских стартапов. Особое внимание уделено проблемам низкой финансовой грамотности основателей и ограниченного доступа к венчурному капиталу.</p><p>По итогам исследования обоснована необходимость адаптированных финансовых стратегий для каждой стадии развития, а также представлены практические предложения по улучшению текущей ситуации.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: Выявить особенности управления финансовыми потоками на различных этапах жизненного цикла стартапов в Казахстане и дать рекомендации по их улучшению.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи:</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология: Основу исследования составили сравнительный анализ моделей жизненного цикла бизнеса, качественный анализ финансовой отчетности стартапов, а также кейс-анализ пяти казахстанских компаний. Использованы интервью с основателями, отчет Astana Hub, материалы акселераторов и венчурных фондов.</p></sec><sec><title>Научная новизна</title><p>Научная новизна: Впервые в контексте Казахстана управление финансами стартапов рассматривается комплексно через призму жизненного цикла и на основе эмпирических данных. Предложена адаптация международных теоретических моделей к национальным условиям и систематизированы практики отечественных стартапов по этапам развития.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования: Результаты исследования показывают, что стартапы на ранних этапах страдают от нехватки финансового планирования и сильно зависят от внешнего финансирования. На этапе роста возрастает уровень стратегического управления и контроля финансовыми потоками.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article explores the challenges of managing financial flows at various stages of the startup lifecycle in Kazakhstan. Using empirical analysis methods, the study identifies key features and difficulties entrepreneurs face in financial management from the idea stage to scaling. Based on data collected from startups in Almaty, Astana, and other regions, the research offers recommendations aimed at optimizing financial strategies.</p><p>The paper examines financial flow management characteristics across different startup development stages. A review of domestic and international literature is provided, along with a classification of funding sources based on growth phases and an analysis of real-life cases from Kazakhstani startups. Particular attention is given to the limited financial literacy of founders and restricted access to venture capital.</p><p>The study concludes that tailored financial strategies are essential at each stage of development, and offers practical suggestions for improving the current ecosystem.</p><sec><title>Research Objective</title><p>Research Objective: To identify the main features of financial flow management across different stages of Kazakhstani startups' lifecycle and provide recommendations for improvement.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks:</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The study is based on a comparative analysis of business lifecycle models, qualitative analysis of startup financial data, and five case studies of Kazakhstani companies. Interviews with startup founders, data from Astana Hub, and materials from accelerators and venture funds were also used.</p></sec><sec><title>Novelty</title><p>Novelty. The research is the first to provide a comprehensive empirical analysis of financial management across the startup lifecycle in Kazakhstan. It adapts international theoretical models to the local context and categorizes domestic startup experiences by development stage.</p></sec><sec><title>Findings</title><p>Findings. The results show that startups suffer from a lack of financial planning at early stages and are heavily dependent on external funding.
