Цель исследования – Раскрыть основные научные подходы к пониманию сущности высокотехнологичных производств, для определения целевых ориентиров и принципов внедрения высоких технологий на промышленных предприятиях Республики Казахстан в условиях индустриально-инновационного развития.Методология – Исследование было проведено с использованием методов сравнения, аналогии, анализа и синтеза, абстрагирования, обобщения, системного подхода. Источниками исследования послужили теоретические и аналитические статьи, труды казахстанских и зарубежных авторов, в которых рассматриваются научные подходы к пониманию сущности высокотехнологических производств.Оригинальность/ценность – Авторами изучены и проанализированы современные виды высоких технологий ориентированные на развитие промышленности. На основании проведенного анализа сформированы: приоритеты применения высоких технологий в промышленности на принципах экологизации индустрии; целевые ориентиры и принципы внедрения высоких технологий на промышленных предприятиях.Выводы – В Республике Казахстан имеется достаточно ресурсов для построения современных производств на принципах применения высоких технологий. На основе изученного проанализированного материала, научных данных сформированы приоритеты применения высоких технологий в промышленности на принципах экологизации индустрии. Также авторами выработаны целевые ориентиры и принципы внедрения высоких технологий на промышленных предприятиях. С учетом широкого спектра возможных высоких технологий, современные предприятия Республики Казахстан имеют широкий вариативный диапазон их применения, для интенсификации инновационной активности с учетом современных трендов конкуренции и научно-технического прогресса.
Purpose – To reveal the main scientific approaches to understanding the nature of high-tech industries, to determine the targets and principles of the introduction of high technologies in industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of industrial and innovative development.Methodology – The study was conducted using methods of comparison, analogy, analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, systematic approach. The sources of the research are theoretical and analytical articles, works of Kazakh and foreign authors, which consider scientific approaches to understanding the essence of high-tech industries.Originality/value – The authors studied and analyzed modern types of high technologies focused on the development of industry. On the basis of the analysis formed: priorities for the use of high technologies in the industry on the principles of greening the industry; targets and principles of the introduction of high technologies in industrial enterprises.Findings – The Republic of Kazakhstan has sufficient resources to build modern production facilities on the principles of high technology. On the basis of the studied analyzed material, scientific data, the priorities of the application of high technologies in the industry on the principles of greening the industry are formed.Also, the authors have developed targets and principles for the introduction of high technologies in industrial enterprises. Taking into account a wide range of possible high technologies, modern enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan have a wide range of their application, to intensify innovation activity taking into account modern trends of competition and scientific and technological progress.
